责任概要:
To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all electrical power distribution & lighting system which include high tension switch gears, transformers, low tension switch gears, protective control circuit for overload, earth fault etc, KWH metering, power factor correction capacitors bank, DC charger panel, emergency generator, electronic light dimmer system, lightning arrestor system, etc in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
1. Provide a support service to the Chief Engineering to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department.
协助值班工程师完成工作任务。
2. Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including but not limited to sub station, emergency generating unit, electrical control systems, lighting and dimmer racks, electrical switchboards, computer network cabling, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment and emergency systems.
维修及保养以下系统和设备：配电站，应急发电组，电气控制系统，照明及调光器机架，电气交换机，计算机网络电缆，洗衣设备，厨房设备和应急系统。
3. Perform general and emergency repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment based on skill and experience level.

4. Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment as per the daily checklist and ensure that inspections required by Government authorities are conducted and documented.

5. Carry out general room repairs, preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as per computerised system.

6. Perform and assist with the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program ensuring all items are inspected as per weekly schedule.

7. Participates as a pro-active team member in the Hotel’s Energy conservation program by making appropriate recommendations to Engineering supervisors on energy conservation improvements.

9. Become familiar and operate the Hotel’s Building Automation system.

28. To assist the other trades where is requested.

29. To inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations.
