Overview of duties职责概述:
负责管理公司客户和地区委派的任务,包括日常的销售拜访,发展新客户,谈判合同和与客户保持良好的工作关系以取得并超过整个酒店的预算目标。
The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing the corporate accounts or area of coverage assigned to him / her which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1.每月实现预算目标和新的业务目标。
Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
2.建立和保持与酒店的各部门有良好的工作关系,例如:前台,餐饮,财务和预定部门。
Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
3.建立关于没有预定而陌生拜访的客户区。
Prospect by telephone cold-calling to establish territories.
4.建立和保持与所有的地区客户联系。
Establish and maintain regional accounts accounts.
5.建立闪电销售拜访活动区
Establish territories to do sales blitz
6.与客户在活动或者酒店居住期间的之前,之后保持联系,确保有再次的商业来往。
Follow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.
7.处理投诉,并提交给S市场销售部总监。
Handle complaints and pass to Director of S&M.
8.跟进全球销售办公室的领导。
Follow-up leads provided by Global Sales Offices.
9.参加每日或每周销售例会并汇报销售成果及提出建议
Reporting sales activity and result in daily or weekly sales meeting.
10.制作每天和每周销售报告,并初步确认预定及生意损失,并采取纠正措施。
Produce daily & weekly productivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lost business, and corrective actions taken.
11.参加所有需要的活动。
Attend various functions as when required.
12.保持熟悉并分析竞争酒店。
Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.
13.辅助酒店所有的市场计划。
Contribute to overall market plan for the Hotel.
14.参加培训课程。
Participate in training programs.
