岗位职责 Job Description
1.管理预订部团队,保证执行所有LRA标准。
Oversee reservation team: make sure all needed standards in LRA survey are implemented.
2.培训新员工,提升酒店信息管理系统的技能。
Training up new staff, enhance property management system (PMS) skill.
3.维护酒店信息系统,保证所有预定、 价格和市场代码的更新,保证所有的客户信息正确记录,酒店和中央预定系统连接顺畅。
Maintain PMS System, ensure all the bookings, rates and market codes are up to date, ensure all accounts are in profile track, ensure proper connection between CRS and PMS.
4.协助收益经理准备预测和相关报告。
Assist revenue manager to prepare forecast and any other concerned reports.
5.执行和维护培训体系,保证员工有足够的技能高效工作。
Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
任职资格 Qualification
1.具有至少3年国际连锁酒店的相关经验
Minimum 3years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
2.积极应对和解决问题,保持良好的工作状态
Active in dealing with problems, and positive working attitude
3.关注、满足客人的需求
Abilities to pay attention to the guest requirement
4.熟练操作Opera 操作系统
Proficient with Opera other software
