1. Set up Employee Apartment policy and procedures to improve the effectiveness of Employee Apartment management.
制定并完善员工公寓管理制度,提高员工公寓的管理工作。
2. In charge of Employee Apartment arrangement, Apartment sanitation, safety and security, managing and maintain equipment and items, store room management, Employee leisure activities in Employee Apartment.
负责员工在员工公寓的住宿安排;公寓的环境卫生;公寓人身、财产的安全;设备设施的保管、维护;公寓仓库的管理;员工公寓娱乐项目的管理。
3. Manage and update Employee Apartment items application form and make sure the accuracy of monthly inventory.
管理和更新员工公寓领用物品的登记表,确保每月公寓物品盘点的准确性。
4. Control and supervise the consumption of utilities, minimize any wasting.
控制及监督员工有效使用公寓能耗,减少浪费现象发生。
5. Keep good communication with Employee who stay in Apartment and know their living conditions and pay special attention to sick Employee.
加强与员工的沟通,了解员工生活状况,特别关注带病住宿的员工。
6. Greet and be generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer the assistance.
主动热情的回应客人及同事的需求,并提供帮助。
7. Organize Colleague Relations activities.
组织员工关系活动。
8. Coordinate on CONNECT (community service) activities.
协助筹备社区服务及福利活动。
9. Be in charge of all facilities and equipment assignment and usage of Employee Apartment.
掌握公寓所有设备设施和物品分配及流向。
10. Set up Employee Apartment working procedures and supervises daily work of Employee Apartment Attendants.
制定员工公寓的工作流程,督导当值员工做好每班工作。
11. Regularly and irregularly inspect Apartment sanitation and security complies with requirement.
定时/不定时检查公寓卫生、安全是否符合标准和要求。
12. Keep Employee Apartment in good order.
维护员工的住宿秩序。
13. Manage Employee leisure facilities usage situation and supervise Employees comply with related regulations. Recommend to Director of Talent & Culture about new leisure activities.
检查员工娱乐项目的使用情况,督促员工遵守公寓活动室的管理规定并向人才与文化总监建议增加新的娱乐项目。
14. Follow up Employee Apartment maintenance work.
跟踪公寓维修情况。
15. Making monthly inventory of Employee Apartment store room.
每月盘点公寓仓库。
16. Be in charge of Apartment rooms and beds assignment and update the stay list monthly.
掌握员工公寓与床位分配的情况,每月更新人员名单。
17. Prepare periodic Employee Apartment maintenance report, safety report, sanitation report and Employee misconduct report.
定期准备并上交公寓维修报表、公寓安全、卫生检查表、每月员工公寓违纪表。
18. Be responsible for Employee Apartment attendant shift arrangement, attendance and performance evaluation.
负责公寓服务员每月排班、考勤,工作表现的评估。
19. Collect Employee opinions and suggestion and recommend to Director of Talent & Culture for related improvement action plan.
收集员工意见和建议并及时向人才与文化总监反映并提议相关改进措施。
20. Responsible for ensuring a good team spirit and motivation of the team.

21. Disseminates information regarding Employee Apartment.

22. Assist in Employee activities organized by HR office to motivate Employee loyalty and performance.

23. Coordinates functions and activities with other department.
