Primary Responsibilities主要职责 ·Ensures that Hot Spring ambience is maintained throughout operations hours in accordance with departmental standards. ·Ensures that adequate supply of guest amenities and supplies are maintained and provided. ·Ensures Hot Spring shoe changing, guest locker, outdoor pools, spring forest, Cabanas and any other guest facilities within the entire Hot Spring are clean and tidy before and after, and during operation hours. ·Delivers soiled linen and collects clean linen from laundry service as scheduled. ·Ensures that soiled linen is collected, sorted, and bagged in accordance with departmental procedure. ·Be fully aware of the daily booking programmed and to update any changes to the reception. ·Check the following shift’s appointments at the end of each shift and to make necessary preparations accordingly. ·Check that all facilities under one’s respective areas are in good working order, and to report defects to the Hot Spring Supervisor. ·按照部门要求，布置和准备温泉设施。 ·确保客人所需物品准备充分, 随时为客人提供相应的服务。 ·确保营运前后及营运过程中整个温泉区域内的换鞋区，客人更衣室，室外泡池，泉浴雨林，御汤苑及其他的设施保持干净和整洁。 ·送洗使用过的布草，按照时间表从洗衣房换取干净的布草。 ·确保使用过的布草收集，整理，打包按照部门程序要求。 ·清楚了解每日的预订情况，如有变化，及时在系统中更新。 ·每日班次结束时检查下一个班次的工作安排，做好适当的准备工作。 ·检查温泉各个区域所有设施运作正常，如有问题立刻向温泉主管报告。 Knowledge and Experience知识和经验 ·Good customer relations skills ·Positive outgoing personality ·学历不限，工作经验不限 ·良好的与客人沟通技能 ·积极的开朗的外向型的个性

【岗位职责】 1、负责温泉酒店男宾区域的接待服务工作，引导宾客有序入场 2、维护男宾更衣室、淋浴区周边的整洁卫生 3、为宾客提供毛巾、浴袍等用品更换服务 4、协助处理宾客提出的合理需求及突发情况 5、定期检查区域设施设备运行状态并报修 【岗位要求】 1、男性，18-45周岁，身体健康无传染性疾病 2、具备基础服务意识，能适应站立式工作 3、具备简单沟通能力 4、能适应早晚轮班工作制（含节假日） 5、有酒店/温泉行业经验者优先

Deliver high quality service to guests. 提供优质对客服务。 13. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met. 确保顾客需求和合理要求被满足。 14. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service. 不断寻找机会发展对客服务。 15. Informing Health Club Supervisor of any potential danger, and taking remedial measures on dangerous situations timely. 向健身中心主管通报存在的潜在危险，及时对危险的情形采取补救措施。 16. Promote the hotel and Wanda products and services. 促销酒店与希尔顿的产品和服务。 17. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests. 保持对产品与服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务与设施。 18. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures. 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。 19. Familiar with hotel security, first aid, fire, and emergency procedures, and be able to use the equipment appropriately. 熟悉酒店安全，急救，消防，和紧急情况的处理程序，并能正确的使用相关的设备。 20.
