1.负责酒店 OTA 渠道开拓上线和维护优化,深入了解酒店行业,可以把握最新在线渠道销售信息并可以评估分析渠道数据以达到酒店提升产量的目标。
2.熟悉并能独立分析 OTA 各自渠道优势和特点,组织和策划产品推广,负责后台数据整理、分析、竞品分析等,分析数据了解市场发展状况,定期进行效果评估及后续计划实施,并总结分析报告。同时负责线上评论和平台关系的维护。3.熟悉酒店产品,能新建线上销售渠道和推广渠道,包括 OTA ,电商平台和新媒体渠道,深入探索行业相关流量资源,挖掘行业相关渠道,熟悉各渠道运营规则,分析各渠道用户画像,针对性建立运营手段。
4.与各合作商家实时保持信息对称,实时监督各合作商家各合作平台的前端和后台数据,并及时优化数据调整库存。
岗位要求:
1.有酒店行业 OTA 销售和渠道工作经验,熟悉 OTA 和线上平台运营模式,3年以上工作经验。
2.视野广阔,逻辑思维清晰,有优秀的数据分析能力、沟通能力、执行力。
3、有国际联号酒店线上销售、高奢酒店线上销售或旅游电商渠道运营经验优先。
