1、Report directly to Reservation Manager, the Reservation Supervisor is responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system. Reservation Supervisor must work closely will Front Office and Sales & Marketing Department, and must work at all time in maximizing the occupancy potential of Sofitel Qingdao, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.
直接向预订部经理汇报工作,预订主管要负责处理电话查询,接受预订并且输入电脑系统。预订主管在工作中须与前厅部和销售部保持紧密联系,并要以高酒店入住率及使酒店赢得最大收益为目标。
2、The Reservation Supervisor should maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, in correspondence and on the telephone. Internally, Reservations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Reservation team to achieve and maintain high service standard.
预订主管在任何时候都要保持专业化的表现,用友好的商务行为处理书信和往来电话。对内而言,预订主管要负责协调及监督预订部人才,以维持良好的服务素质。
3、Perform daily duties and any other duties assigned by Revenue Manager or Reservation Manager.
履行日常的工作职责以及收益经理或预订部经理所分配的其他工作。
4、Follow up on TARS booking modification.
整理及更新雅高预订系统的预订。
5、To receive, process and confirm all room reservations via below channels in an efficient and courteous manner.
快捷及礼貌地接收、处理和确认所有通过以下途径的房间的预订。
6、To ensure that reservations are processed based on room availability, applicable rates and appropriate billing arrangements.
确保预订是根据酒店房间情况、合适的价格和付款安排而进行。
7、To check arrival lists, special remarks and meal plan codes. Correct input of rates, special arrangement, VIP status etc. on daily basis.
检查每日预抵客人名单、特殊的备注和用餐安排。更正房间价格、特殊的安排、重要宾客等。
8、Being constantly aware of all rates and rate structures of the hotel and offer appropriate rate to guests.
要清楚酒店的所有房价和房价构成,并且给予客人适合的房价。
9、To assistant the Reservation Manager monitors reservation daily operations and process.
协助预订部经理监管预订部日常工作的运作。
10、To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
充分了解酒店产品知识,包括酒店房间类型、房价、餐饮、水疗和健身俱乐部。
