岗位职责
The approval of status Personnel Action Form and the follow up of probation completion and Labour
Contract Renew issues;
审核并跟进各部门员工人事变动表,及跟进员工如期转正工作、劳动合同如期续签事宜等;
Update PAF information in HRMS system, and issue relative letter to staff for adjustment of PAF.
及时更新人事系统员工人事变动信息,负责人事变动员工相关文件的发放;
Review the misconduct from and follow up the approval and issuing procedures;
审核各部门员工违纪单,并跟进审批及发放程序;
Take part in the manning and salary setting
参与制定酒店人员编制及工资档次;
Know very well HR Policies and conduct them during the daily job, and also be responsible to deliver and
explain to hotel staff, especially for C&B related policy
熟知酒店人力资源部的相关政策与程序、规章制度等并在工作中有效执行,并对酒店员工进行有效阐述、解
说,尤其是与薪酬福利相关的政策,例如年假政策、病假政策等。
Updated the related HR P&P.
及时更新薪酬福利相关政策;
Develops and maintains current attendance record processing procedures
制定并执行最新的考勤管理与审核程序。
Maintains confidentiality at all times and maintains strict practice of office information safety
随时遵守保密条款,并严格执行办公室信息安全制度。
Be responsible for reviewing the attendance record, the personnel action forms, the leave request forms, the
overtime request forms etc. and key in HRSM systems correctly.
负责考勤、人事变动表、假期申请、加班申请表的审核、正确录入人力资源管理系统。
Assist to plan the budget.
协助制定年度人力资源相关预算
Take charge of the related C&B report and the calculations, incl. but not limited for annual leave & overtime
monthly report.
负责所有相关薪酬福利的核算及相关报告,包括但不限于月度加班、年假报表。
Ensure all forms are supported by proper approval and authorization.
确保所有单据、文件附有完整的签字审批手续及作好文件保存。
Be responsible for social insurance and house found issues, well explain to employee enquiries.
负责酒店社会保险、住房公积金相关工作事宜,并对员工的询问作好解答。
Follow up work-injury issues and other accidents, and share care to injured staff.
跟进酒店员工工伤事故事宜(例如工伤认定申请、工伤保险报销事宜及协助酒店财务部进行雇主责任险报销
事宜)及员工意外事故,关爱受伤员工。
Review and file the personal profile.
负责员工档案的监督管理,并及时对薪酬福利相关资料进行整理及存入员工档案。
Follow up annual audit of the labor relationship.
协助跟进酒店年度用工年审的相关工作。
Maintains relationships with labour offices and other government bureaus and take charge of the labour
relations issues.
与人力资源社会保障局及相关政府机关单位保持良好关系和沟通,跟进劳动关系相关事宜。
Be responsible for training of C&B introduction.
负责薪酬福利相关信息的培训讲解。
Coordinates with other departments as necessary
需要时配合其它部门的工作。
