JOB SUMMARY岗位综述
1.Assist manger to manage the day-to-day operation of the Hot Spring sections.
协助经理处理温泉中心的日常事务。
2.Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in logbook for further follow up.
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
3.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures, instruct staff in cash security procedures.
监督现金的处理和存放程序,指导员工执行现金安全制度。
4.Supervise the maintenance of service equipment, monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
监督服务设备的维护保养,监督客用设施和服务的标准。
5.To possess a thorough knowledge of all Hot Spring promotions and excommunications activities.
透彻掌握所有温泉促销活动和传播活动的相关内容。
6.To be well versed with products and concepts of all Hot Spring related areas of the hotel.
精通酒店所有温泉相关领域的产品和理念。
7.Assists with execution of hotel Hot Spring promotional events related activities.
协助实施与酒店温泉促销活动相关的活动。
8.Supervises and conducts training on a regular basis.
督导培训,并定期开展培训。
9.In case of a guest accident or injury, the Hot Spring Attendants must take immediate action following the hotel’s procedures and coordinating with other department appropriately.
客人意外受伤情况下,温泉中心服务员必须按照酒店操作流程立即采取措施,并与其他部门及时协调。
10.Complete other work according to the requirements of Hot Spring Manager.
按照温泉经理要求完成其它工作。
JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1.1 years or above relevant experience or similar supervisory role, preferably from international hotel chains.
1年及以上相关工作经验或相似的管理经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2.Knowledge of Hot Spring,Knowledge of SPA, familiar with security and public cleanliness law.
具有温泉专业知识,水疗专业知识,熟悉消防安全及公共卫生安全相关政策法律。
3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and System.
熟练应用电脑办公软件和系统。
4.Organizational, management and communication skills
组织、管理和沟通能力。
5.Good Chinese communication skills.
良好的中文沟通能力。
