职位描述 Job description.
1.根据月度的媒体时间表来准备广告需求。
Prepare advertisement requisitions and advertisement copies according to the monthly media schedule.
2.协助有效地完成营销传播计划。
Assist in effective implementation of marketing communications plan.
3.草拟月度广告的预算。
Raise budget inquiry for monthly advertising.
4.有秩序的分配广告文件。
Keep a systematic file of advertising.
5.更新所有媒体的联系方式。
Updating all the media contact list.
6.协助发送不同的新闻媒体为了增加酒店的影响力。
Assist in sending different press release to suitable media in order to increasing hotel exposure.
7.协助协调所有酒店内部的印刷品或者广告商的特殊要求。控制所有应刷品的数量。
Assist in coordinating and executing production of all printed materials in-house, or with the assistance of advertising agencies following the specifications. Control quantities and inventory of all collateral items.
8.准备所有市场销售部的印刷品需求。
Prepare collateral job orders MPHG Sales and Marketing Department according to the requests from various departments.
9.审查所有印刷品。
Proof-read all collateral’s copy.
10.密切留意所有与艺术品相关的材料。
Follow the deadline closely re production of artworks and printed materials.
11.协助整理剪报,路线和编译文件,并有秩序的放在硬盘和软拷贝。Assist in compiling press clipping, route and compile file in hard and soft copies.
12.必要时追踪印刷品发放情况。
Keep track of the collateral's when necessary.
13.协助发展和保持与所有当地媒体,当地媒体、社区、行业协会和政府机构的关系。
Assist in developing and maintaining contact with local media, community, trade associations and government bodies.
14.准备所有新闻发布的促销。
Prepare press release for any promotions.
15.管理所有相册。
Monitor photo library.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专
Minimum3 years' college education.
2.至少两年相关经验
Minimum2 years' experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责
• Support the Marketing Communications Manager/Director to create and execute the hotel’s Annual Marketing Plan 协助市场传讯经理/总监编制和执行酒店的全年市场推广计划
• Align marketing communication activities to hotel’s key business segments to ensure clear return-on-investment (ROI) for time and budget invested in the activity 保持市场推广活动与酒店主要业务细分市场的一致性,确保活动中对投资回报率 (ROI) 有明确的时间和预算支持。
• Develop hotel and marketing collaterals according to Brand standards for promotions
根据品牌标准,设计并制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品。
• Manage IHG Hotel Content Manager (HCM) system to update text and images to drive content quality and Brand standards 管理IHG酒店HCM内容管理系统,更新文字和图像,优化内容质量并最好地呈现品牌标准
• Manage hotel social media system and processes to support tactical campaigns, engage hotel guests and build hotel client database 管理酒店社会化媒体平台,支持策略性促销活动,建立酒店客户数据库。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
任职要求

• Strong time-management skills and able to multi-task 较强的时间管理技巧,能够处理多重任务
• Strong writing skills in Chinese and English 较强的中英文书写表达技巧
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software 熟练使用所有的Microsoft办公软件
Qualifications
学历
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media or related field.市场营销、大众传播、媒体或相关专业的学士学位。
