【岗位职责】 1、为宾客提供专业的理疗服务，包括但不限于中式按摩、SPA护理、精油推拿等，确保服务流程规范、手法专业，提升宾客体验感与满意度。 2、根据宾客身体状况、需求及偏好，合理推荐适合的理疗项目，制定个性化护理方案。 3、做好理疗前的准备工作，包括清洁理疗室、整理床品、准备理疗工具、调配精油及相关耗材， 4、理疗过程中密切关注宾客反应，及时调整手法力度、节奏及护理方案，妥善处理宾客在服务过程中的合理诉求。 【任职需求】 1、1年及以上酒店水疗、专业SPA会所相关工作经验，熟练掌握至少2种以上核心理疗手法； 2、服务意识强，沟通能力良好，性格温和有耐心； 3、能主动倾听宾客需求，热情周到地提供服务，具备一定的应急处理能力； 4、具备专业的理疗知识，了解人体穴位、肌肉分布及常见亚健康问题的调理方法，能根据宾客需求制定合理的护理方案。 5、有意愿从事本行业但经验欠佳者，酒店可提供相应培训。

RESPONSIBILITIES职责: 了解相关知识，并按照养生中心的要求进行所有的理疗和操作 确保理疗房的干净。按照标准操作流程布置理疗房，并及时补充布草  为客人提供专业的理疗服务 保证理疗室和操作间的整洁，并做日常的维护 确保所有的疗程用品设备等都是可以正常使用 参加所有养生中心相关的培训 和客人之间维持专业的相处模式 做每月的库存盘点（产品，设备和疗程用具） 保证每日水疗的运营需求，保证点心和鲜花的正常调拨 按照标准补充每日所需的毛巾和一次性用品等 与团队成员合作，提供客人最优质的服务 有效地教育客人关于健康养生的知识 灵活地安排时间，支持养生中心的活动 维护设备，并控制疗程成本 积极推广养生中心的服务项目，会员卡销售，以及促销和折扣 以专业和礼貌的方式处理客人的问题 准确亲和地回答客人的问题 根据每日开班流程，准备早班的工作 协助养生中心经理完成养生中心相关操作 根据每日关门流程，关闭养生中心 充分的执行和完成标准操作流程和酒店政策的相关规定 负责接待工作
