作为业务发展部门的一员,你将和团队合作并支持完成公司业务发展目标。
As a member
of BD Team, you will support and corporate with the team to achieve company’s
target.
A. 关键绩效目标KEY PERFORMANCEOBJECTIVES
· 制定并执行战略发展计划,在HMA模式、Design+HMA模式和资产相关模式下实现短期和长期的业务增长;
Develop and execute strategicdevelopment plan to achieve the short term, and long-term business growth underHMA model, Design+HMA model, and asset related model
· 实施和维护一个健全的发展监控系统,包括增长,渠道报告,业主数据库,签约和潜在客户预测,以及相关的财务报告。始终扮演裸心品牌大使的角色,确保品牌的完整性和清晰度,始终保持公司的DNA;
Implement and maintain arobust development monitoring system, including growth, pipeline reporting,owner’s database, signings and leads forecasts, and relevant financial reports.Play the role of naked brand ambassador at all times and ensure brand integrityand clarity and company’s DNA is always maintained
· 通过业主活动和与现有和潜在业主的互动,积极探索新的业务关系,满足业主的期望。新产品开发内部智库成员;
Pro-active approach to explorenew business relationships and meet expectations throughout owner events andinteractions with existing and potential owners. Member of internal think tankfor new product development.
· 建立和维护战略合作伙伴关系,进行项目推介,签订度假村管理合同;
Establish and maintainstrategic partnerships, pitch for projects and sign the resorts managementcontracts
· 通过财务建模、估值分析、尽职调查、市场研究和其他合适的方法,评估潜在项目的可行性并进行可行性研究;
Evaluate viability and conductfeasibility studies of potential projects through financial modeling, valuationanalysis, due diligence, market research, and other suitable methodologies
· 通过收集经济和市场数据及相关第三方报告,监控全国和全球范围内的行业趋势,建立业务发展数据库;
Monitor industry trend on bothnational & global scale by collecting economic and marketing data andrelevant third-party report, establishing business development database.
· 与法务和财务部门合作准备新的度假村项目模型和管理合同/设计合同/法律文件(LOI, MOU, NDA等);
Working with legal and financedepartment to prepare new resort projection model and management contracts /design contracts / legal documents (LOI, MOU, NDA, etc.)
· 发展和管理与酒店业主、经纪人、房地产投资信托基金、合资伙伴、投资公司以及内部同事的关系;
Develop and managerelationships with hotel owners, brokers, REITs, joint venture partners andinvestment firms; as well as internal colleagues
· 项目生命周期内的现场访问和业主关系管理,以及其他需要的职责;
On-site visit and ownerrelation management during project life circle and other ad-hoc duties required
B. 任职资格QULIFICATIONS
教育背景
Education Background
至少本科学历,商业,金融,经济,酒店或旅游管理或相关领域。
At least Bachelor Degree in
Business, Finance, Economics, Hotel or Tourism Management or similar domain.
工作经验
Working Experience
至少6年在知名品牌酒店管理公司从事酒店开发工作的经验,并有完成大量酒店管理输出项目的开发拓展记录。有房地产开发商及酒店行业工作经验者优先。
At least 6
years of experience as a hotel developer in well known brand hotel management
company with track record of closing substantial hotel project deals.
Experience in real estate developer hotel sector will be a plus
