    Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and equipment. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and linens. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements. 使用相关工具亦或产品为宾客提供按摩服务。使用身体去角质产品、身体裹肤产品亦或仪器为宾客提供身体护理。在疗程前评估宾客身体状况并询问相关禁忌(如:过敏、高血压及妊娠等)。根据市场及工作需要不断提升现有技术和手法。负责引领宾客前往理疗房并引领宾客回到前台。负责整理休息及产品区、理疗房及布草等。在服务过程中持续询问宾客以提高舒适性、安全性及隐私性。负责讲解销售水疗相关服务及零售产品。对水疗器具进行清洁、维护和消毒。在工作期间保持休息及产品区和理疗室的清洁,整理垃圾和脏布草,并在工作结束时确保用品和设备的安全。工作期间实时检查及确认预定。当客人与理疗师有不恰当行为时,按照万豪国际标准操作规程处理不适当的客人行为,以正确的方式告知客人并在必要时停止疗程或服务,立即通知主管或经理。根据当地行业需求进修技能并取得相关证照。 Basic Computer Skills - Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.). 基本电脑技能- 能使用基本的计算机硬件和软件(例如个人计算机,文字处理软件,网络浏览器等)。 Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. 口头理解能力- 有能力通过口语理解和表达相关的信息。 Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. 阅读能力-理解与工作相关文档的段落大意。 Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. 书写能力-有效准确的将所要书写的信息传达给有需求的人。
