【POSITIONSUMMARY】 Plans,directs, controls, co-ordinates and participates in all communicationsactivities including the PR aspect of thecommunications mix. Key Duties and Responsibilities 关键职责 1、Operated the platform of Wechat, Weibo, Red book and Tik Tok and compose and design the content, according to promotional demands and update them in certain routine. 根据宣传需求运营微信、微博、小红书及抖音等社交媒体平台并撰写发布内容文案、排版设计，确保按照一定的频次来更新。 2、Plan social media event and create platform functions to increase and retain followers. Follow up with supplier to design, test and launch the events and functions. 3、策划社交媒体平台线上活动和开发平台功能来促进平台粉丝的增长和留存，并对接供应商落实活动的设计、测试和应用。 Supervise messages on social media platforms, contact customers and deliver to relevant departments. 4、社交媒体平台舆论监测，及时联系客人并反映至相关部门。 Contact and retain high-quality media resources on social media platform and push on the collaboration. 5、联系并维护号于社交媒体平台上的优质媒体资源，并推进合作。

1、制定并完善《质量检查管理办法》和《奖惩方案》。 2、在上级领导的指导下，全面统筹负责质检部工作，全面组织指导所属部门的工作，确保完成公司下达的工作任务。 3、整理、分析收集反馈的各类信息，重大信息需要形成报告向上级反馈。 4、建立、健全酒店质量管理和督导检查档案，采用科学管理手段，按日、周、月建立数据档案，对质量方面的重大事故拟出专题案例报告，上报酒店管理高层，部分案例需作为培训资料交人力资源部存案。 5、安排定期检查酒店安全及卫生问题，专项检查等，有效督促各部门按时整改。 6、安排不定期回访客人及安排神秘客人入住酒店体验进而了解酒店的服务等情况。 7、协调各部门关于质量检查中发现需要整改的问题，达到快速有效的整改。 8、从质检角度分析OTA3分以下的点评，并提出改进建议。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店网络平台方案的设计、OTA渠道开拓及上线，与第三方公司维持良好合作关系； 2、对各大OTA渠道政策维护及优化，效果评估、分析、监测以达到酒店产量提升目标； 3、每日监测线上价格走势； 4、能够独立分析各大渠道优势和特点，组织和策划产品推广和计划实施； 5、完成上级领导安排的各项工作等。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度，至少2年以上酒店OTA板块工作经验； 2、熟悉OTA平台运营模式，有相关网站（携程、艺龙、去哪儿、美团等）运营经验； 3、有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。
