【岗位职责】 1、负责VIP贵宾的全程接待与服务，包括迎宾、入座、点餐、上菜、酒水服务及餐后送别等环节，确保宾客享有高品质用餐体验。 2、熟知餐厅菜单、特色菜品及酒水知识，能够根据宾客需求提供专业推荐与个性化服务。 3、掌握VIP客人的偏好与习惯，建立宾客档案，提前做好接待准备与细节安排。 4、协助完成宴会、商务宴请等高端餐饮活动的现场布置、流程协调及突发状况处理。 5、保持餐饮区域环境整洁、餐具摆放规范，配合厨房及服务团队确保出餐效率和菜品质量。 6、主动收集宾客反馈，及时上报服务问题，协助改进接待流程和标准。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，年龄30岁以下，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。 2、五官端正，形象气质佳，具备良好的服务意识和亲和力。 3、沟通表达能力优秀，普通话标准，具备基础商务礼仪知识。 4、工作认真细致，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力，适应轮班制。 5、具有团队合作精神，能快速融入服务团队，服从工作安排。 6、有高端餐饮、酒店VIP接待或相关服务经验者优先考虑（非硬性要求）。
