1. Ensure dim sum production meets the standard of quality.

2. Assist Executive Chinese Chef and Chinese Sous Chef at all time.
协助行政总厨和副厨师长。
3. Have general good knowledge of food techniques.
有丰富的食物知识。
4. Report any complaints or problems to Executive Chinese Chef or Chinese Sous Chef.
向总厨和副厨师长汇报任何投诉或问题。
5. Be familiar with kitchen equipments.
熟悉厨房的设备。
6. Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其他指派的工作。
岗位要求
Education: Secondary school and professional Chinese cooking school
文化程度: 高中毕业和专业烹饪学校
Certification: Culinary Mastery Certification.
文凭证书: 厨师证
Experience: Minimum five or six years hotel experience as Dim Sum Che
工作经验: 至少5-6年的酒店点心师傅工作经验
Other: Have good understanding of people and general knowledge of food
