OVERALL OBJECTIVES 整体目标
Responsible for maintaining 90% scoring for KEA inspections.

Ensure the GRI result achieves 96.5% and GSS result achieves 5.55.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Maintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean and pressed uniform and the nametag
in designated location.
保持专业的形象,着整洁制服并佩戴名牌。
Update information on room status, departures and VIp's.
更新客房状态,退房和 VIP 客户信息。
Answer and record all telephone calls.
接听并记录所有的客房部来电。
Maintain records of extra items such as iron and ironing boards. extra beds and baby cots.
做好特殊要求记录例如:加熨斗和慰衣板,加床和婴儿床等。
Handles lost & found items according to the policy and procedure.
根据制度和程序做好遗留物品的管理。
Record, report and follow up the DND and discrepancy rooms.
记录、报告并跟进设置“请勿打扰”和有房态差异的房间。
Check the Oueue room in Opera every 5 minutes to assists floor supervisor ensuring the queue
rooms be released as soon as possible.
每五分钟在系统中查看一次赶房报表,协助楼层主管确保赶房的房间尽快放房。
Handle the Master Key management.
控制万能钥匙分发和管理。
Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure completion.
跟进维修问题并确保完成。
Record and forward to relevant department all guest requests for immediate action.
对所有客人的要求做好记录并通知相关部门立即付诸行动。
Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and/or Asst. Housekeeper.
执行行政管家或者行政副管家分配的其他工作。
Learn about all the facilities of the hotel and keep abreast of any relevant changes and events
occurring in the hotel and the area.
了解酒店的所有设施,关注酒店和所在区域内发生的任何相关改变和事件。
Keep Housekeeping office clean, tidy and well-arranged at all times.
始终保持客房部办公室干净,整洁整齐。
Be aware of the hotel policy and emergency procedure in the working area.
了解酒店工作区域政策和应急程序。
Watch the office at all times, unless replaced.
时刻盯守办公室,除非有人替换。
Be responsibility of Housekeeping storekeeper when need.
履行客房部库管员职责。
Attend training or communication meetings as advised by the Assistant Housekeeping
Manager/Executive Housekeeper.

To act at all times according to hotel's rules and regulations.

Keep grooming match with standard.
根据饭店及品牌标准保持个人仪容仪表。
Conduct health regulation, safety policy.
执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Settle danger situation and inform potential danger.
采取行动排除危险情况,并及时通知危险隐患。
Carry out all the process of safety emergency.
执行酒店安全紧急情况政策及程序。
Ensure the back area is as clean, safe and hygiene as the front area.
保证酒店后场区域与前场区域保持同样干净、安全、卫生。
Keep analysis,evaluate, improve self-behaviour.
不断分析、评估、改进个人工作表现。
Comply with code of conduct.

Comply with Staff Handbook and related policies.
