§  对菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。 Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of food and beverage items and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives. §  制定和落实餐饮部酒水销售提成计划并定期进行反馈更新，对于客户调查结果做出回应并落实相应的改善措施。 Work out and implement Beverage Sales Commission Plan and feedback updated on a regular basis, and responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. §  确保酒水单的定期更新及标准，保持酒水单内包括年份的准确性。  Ensure the update and standard of the beverage menu, to maintain the accuracy of the info including the vintage in the wine list. §  准备年度酒水市场计划，作为完成餐饮部年度市场计划的依据。不断评估当地、国内和国际市场趋势、供应商和其他酒店/餐饮企业营运状况以确保酒店自身经营状况保持竞争力和领先位置。 Prepares yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.
