    Overview We are now seeking a dynamic General Manager who can deliver a unique experience for all our guests. We are committed to becoming a preferred employer for our colleagues. To be selected, you will need to have experience of high end hotel or resorts and also have worked in China. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for all aspects of operations, from overarching hospitality philosophy to day-to-day staff management and guest relations. The job responsibilities can be divided into two timeframes: pre-opening (and launch) and post-opening. During “pre-opening and launch”, the GM will work very closely with naked Hotel Management Company to establish operations and ensure that our vision and brand standards are met. Responsibilities during this phase include but are not limited to the following: ·          Develop naked DNA to work specifically with the new resort. ·          Take a part in the design of the resort’s tours and activities as well as food and beverage offerings. ·          Provide supervision in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contract with third-party vendors for essential services. ·          Participate in hiring individuals across all of the resort’s departments. ·          Participate in training staff to perform according to our naked brand standards. Launch the hotel, including both soft and grand openings, and develop strategies to maximum revenue. After launch, the General Manager will be involved in stabilizing the resort and ensuring that operations run efficiently in addition to maximizing both customer satisfaction and resort profits. Post-opening responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ·          Lead the resort as its “brand standard bearer”, epitomize the brand personality and work consistently to ensure the resort is run impeccably. ·          Oversee and manage all departments, work closely with department heads on a daily basis. ·          Monitor customer satisfaction through the review of naked scorecard feedback and spend time with the guests and ensuring their needs are being met and expectations exceeded. ·          Maximize room yield and resort revenue through innovative practices and yield management programs. ·          Report to naked Hotel Management Company on a regular basis. ·          Establish annual/quarterly budgets and revenue projections with regular updating. ·          Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered. ·          Address any problems or complaints with a speedy and satisfactory resolution. ·          Counsel and advise employees to ensure successful career progression within naked. Requirements ·          The ideal candidate will most likely already be a General Manager or Resident/Hotel Manager/EAM. ·          The candidate will have well-rounded hotel operations experience and will be able to drive yield, excellence in service standards, and profitability. ·          Candidates with previous resort pre-opening experience in China is preferred. ·          A people person, outgoing with great communication skills and the ability to relate to guests and staff alike. ·          Able to train, guide and mentor a large team. ·          Previous experience operating resort properties with marina facilities would be an advantage. ·          Ability to develop innovative on property strategies focused on revenue generation in conjunction with the nHMC Sales and Marketing & Innovation Department. ·          Superb financial and commercial acumen is a must as setting the annual budget and then delivering on the targets of the property is a major responsibility. ·          Strong operational background with a hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guest’s expectations as a key focus. ·          A deep understanding of promotions and marketing as well as managing and leading the sales initiatives. ·          Ability to manage the hotel’s finances through the planning and controlling of revenue streams, cash flow and property expenses. ·          Highly developed interpersonal skills and as an ideal candidate, you will be equally adept at dealing with hotel owners, peers, and employees at all levels. ·          To effectively manage the owner relationship on behalf of the company. ·          To ensure that the operational and service skills of the employees of the hotel are being constantly improved through well planned Training systems. ·          As the General Manager of this pre-opening property, you will drive the recruitment and development of the entire staff.

    岗位职责: 1、与成都空港国际会议中心及酒店高级营运总监协同为会议会展及酒店策划和研发餐饮及服务特色定制化产品; 2、组织和指挥各餐厅/厨房工作,监督食品制作,结合不同的需求场景提供卓越的出品及服务; 2、根据运营服务部的经营目标、方针下达生产任务、负责中、西餐市场开发及发展计划的制定,设计各类菜单,并督导菜单更新; 3、协调各餐厅/厨房工作,协调部门与其他相关部门之间的关系,根据员工的业务能力和技术特长,决定岗位人员安排和调动工作; 4、根据运营服务部总体工作安排,计划并组织实施员工的考核、评估工作及员工发展作出计划; 5、督导餐饮服务/厨房管理人员对设备、用具进行科学管理,审定餐厅厨房设备用具更换添置计划; 6、审定各餐厅/厨房各部门工作计划、培训计划、规章制度、工作程序和生产作业标准; 7、负责菜点出品质量的检查、控制,为重要顾客亲自进行菜肴推荐; 8、定期分析、总结生产经营情况,改进生产工艺,准确控制成本,使各餐厅/厨房的生产质量和效益不断提高; 9、负责对餐饮企业贵重食品原料的申购、验收、领料、使用等情况进行检查控制; 10、主动征求客人以及餐厅对厨房产品质量和供应方面的意见,督导实施改进措施,负责处理客人对菜点质量方面的投诉; 11、参加企业及运营服务部召开的有关会议,保证会议精神的贯彻执行; 12、督导餐厅/厨房各岗位保持整齐清洁,确保餐厅/厨房食品、生产及个人卫生,防止食物中毒事故的发生; 13、检查餐厅/厨房安全生产情况,及时消除各种隐患,保证设备设施及员工的操作安全; 14、审核、签署有关餐厅/厨房工作方面的报告; 15、完成上级交办的其他工作任务; 任职要求: 1、50岁以下,专科及以上学历; 2、10年以上大型会展中心及国际联号品牌酒店相关岗位工作经验;上述两种工作经验兼具中西餐饮研发、出品及管理经验的候选人优先考虑; 3、具备同等条件的项目筹备经验及重要大型政务或商务会议接待经验; 4、具备敏锐洞察餐饮市场风向能力;能根据餐饮市场风向调整出品以更好的迎合市场需求; 5、熟悉食品安全管理体系; 6、具备优秀的成本控制能力; 7、具备良好的沟通协调能力,全面把控各餐厅/厨房出品质量以及服务;

The Commercial Director is responsible for the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior team members, in particular the General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources. What will I be doing? As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Assist the General Manager to complete all work related to revenue and marketing of the hotel, completing work assigned by the General Manager. • Responsible for the management of Sales, Banquet Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Marketing Communications. • Lead the hotel business team to achieve relevant key indicators, including but not limited to managing the hotel's continued profitability, ensuring the hotel's revenue and profit, and guest satisfaction to meet or exceed the standard requirements. • Develop the hotel's annual / quarterly / monthly budget forecast and work plans, implementing them effectively. • Participate in developing and implementing hotel and departmental policies and regulations. • Develop marketing strategies and promotion plans to adjust to the market situation in real time. • Supervise and drive the progress and implementation of marketing plans. • Set clear objectives for business development, implement personal skill development, performance review trainings and other trainings. • Monitor and evaluate current initiated marketing activities and market dynamics. • Manage the internal operation of the department to ensure that the fixed assets and operational items of the department are well maintained. • Conduct regular market research and obtain information about competitors. • Set pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel. • Manage special projects and other related businesses. • Ensure efficient use of departmental resources. • Manage human resources within the department, including selection of recruiters, training of department staff, team building, employee performance evaluation, etc. • Ensure that department staff are clear about the responsibilities assigned to them. • Take immediate corrective action when the interests of the department or hotel are jeopardized. • Manage customer relations and services, including customer needs, product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and customer feedback. • Manage departmental expenses and budgets. • Prepare a forecast of the department's monthly expenses and submit it to the hotel on the scheduled date. • Control departmental costs in accordance with hotel policies to avoid waste. • Ensure that all system related revenue data are accurate and in full compliance with Hilton international standards. • Ensure the filing of departmental documents and related information. • Maintain communication with all operating departments within the group to maximize sales opportunities. • Promote hotels in relevant industries at home and abroad. • Actively participate in sales activities initiated by Hilton. • Organize promotional trips for target markets. • Maintain good relationship and communication with target markets at home and abroad. • Ensure that all system related revenue data are accurate and in full compliance with Hilton international standards. • Respond to demands, adjust, and perform any reasonable tasks and additional responsibilities as directed by the hotel, industry and company. • Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures. • Ensure employees fully understand and follow the contents of the employee handbook. • The department reserves the right to change or supplement the job description if necessary. • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned.
